We wrote yesterday that iPhone OS 3.0 was rumored to support tethering, here are the instructions to set it up over Bluetooth:
Open the Terminal (It’s in /Applications/Utilities)
Type this line:
ls ~/Library/iTunes/iPhone Carrier Support
You probably don’t have this folder. If you do, skip to step 6.
Type this in the Terminal:
curl -s -L http://phobos.apple.com/version | grep -i carrier

The feature known as Internet Tethering, which means you can use iPhone to provide your PC/Mac with your iPhone’s internet access, is said to be available within iPhone OS version 3.0.
