As widely known, in June the 2-year-plans of the 2G iPhone owners will expire. So it is expected that during this timeframe, Apple releases a new iPhone. Some even expect the beginning of Summer to be the annual iPhone release.
Here is the latest rumors we have heard about the new generation iPhone:
- will be announced in mid-June.
- will have a faster processor and more seamless user experience
- AT&T is also said to be working with Apple to provide a unified platform
- will controll home DVR systems (play, pause, rewind…)
- It is also rumored that the new iPhone would have higher speed HSPDA (7.2 Mbps), which is supported by a new Infineon chipset that’s about to arrive at the markets.
So not much is known yet, but we are sure that we should be prepared for an exciting product!
