xGPS brings turn-by-turn navigation to the iPhone! It basically uses directions from Google Maps, is able to draw paths on the map, also uses its own text-to-speech engine to read the instructions. It is possible to pre-download maps for faster usage. It is said to be soon available to download through Cydia.
