Smule has released Ocarina, an application which turns your iPhone into a musical instrument. It works by blowing into the mic of the iPhone, touching the screen with multiple fingers to adjust pitch, and tilting the phone to create vibrato. It’s also possible to listen to other Ocarina players or broadcase your own tune.
It’s an ingenious application with an intuitive interface. It takes some time to master the application, but it’s fun!
